Von Miller was the Super Bowl MVP in 2016. In 2018, he had almost his entire base salary converted into a bonus of $16 million, to create salary cap room for the team. Miller was paid upfront and, at the moment, he is actually in the middle of a six-year contract. So, his short-term future is secure and he has plenty of money to mess around with, right?
