Kevin Durant – $170 Million

Durant signed a discounted two-year contract paying him $25 million in year one with the Warriors. It was $10 million less than the maximum salary he could have gotten. He could do this because of the more than $30 million he earns annually in concessions. Some of such partners are Nike, American Family Insurance, and Alaska Airlines. Durant co-founded the Durant Company in 2016. The company has an excess of 30 investments in entities such as micro-investing app Acorns, and delivery service, Postmates.
