When Seattle Mariners relief pitcher Felix Hernandez talked about his car collection in an interview, he admitted how it has grown to a point where he’s almost out of space in his garage. Part of the fleet is a Nissan GT-R which he has driven up to 160 mph. Other brands include a Lamborghini, Mercedes Benz, Rolls-Royce, and Ferrari. Of course, his $3.8 -million residence is proof that real estate investing is also a top priority.
