It’s Good To Be Head Royal

The Royals attend two church services on Christmas Day. They first attend a private one at 9:00 AM, during which the Queen is served Holy Communion by her own chaplain. Then at 11:00 AM, they walk to a local church, St Mary Magdalene, for a typical Christmas Day service. At the time of the collection, a plate will be passed around for an offering as what usually occurs in church services. The Queen’s equerry, who is seated on the pew right behind her, places a £10 note on her hand. With her massive net worth, it’s the only time Queen Elizabeth uses cash.
