What: A family friendly romantic fantasy. It’s another live-action remake of an animated Disney classic (the first mentioned in the article was Dumbo). Will Smith will play the Genie, while Mena Massoud will play Aladdin and Naomi Scott will take Princess Jasmine’s role. The family film is quite a change in tone for director Guy Ritchie, who previously made mainly crime and action movies such as Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, RocknRolla and Sherlock.
