Debbie Allen & Norm Nixon – Catherine Avery
Debbie Allen has been married twice (apparently marriage counseling wasn’t effective the first time around!). We don’t actually know if she went for counseling, but we like to think they tried to make it work. Her second husband is ex-professional basketball player Norm Nixon and they have three children together. The actress has overcome challenges in her life, including racism when she was younger. As well as an actress, the Grey’s Anatomy star can dance, produce, and direct!
