The Story Behind the Title of Lady Diana Spencer & Souffle

Since she was young, Diana had always been fond of taking care of animals. Above, she is photographed with one of their pet ponies named Souffle when she visited her mother’s estate. At the age of three, Diana had also learned how to ride a horse, unfortunately, she suffered an accident which led to her fear of riding horses. In 1975, she became Lady Diana when her father inherited the title of his late father, who was the 8th Earl Spencer.
