The Wedding Shoes

Diana’s Clive Shilton shoes were a six-month project, complete with intricate pearl and sequin detailing and low heels. She wanted the initials “C + D” to be painted on the underside of the heels. Kate’s Alexander McQueen almond-toe stilettos were made of a fine hand-embroidered ivory satin as the lace of her gown and veil. Meghan, being modern and sleek as usual, opted for a comfortable, very plain pumps, which were as practical as they were elegant.
