Diana, Kate, Meghan – The Father-Daughter Church Walk

Each woman meets two important men in her life; her father, and the man she’ll marry. As a bride, with her veil on, she reaches for the arm of her father and let him walk her down the aisle and give her hand to the man she’ll marry. Earl Spencer, Diana’s father, accompanied his daughter in St. Paul’s Cathedral in 1981, before placing her hand into Prince Charle’s. Princess Katherine walked the red-carpet of the Westminster Abbey, too, holding her father’s forearm. Meghan was escorted by Prince Charles, yet that didn’t seem to bother anyone, due to the solemnity and pomp of the occasion.
