Le’Veon Bell & Marliesia Ortiz – $12 million

Le’Veon Bell is a running back playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers. In college he played for Michigan State. He was drafted by Pittsburgh in the 2013 NFL Draft. In 2018, they placed the franchise tag on Bell for the 2nd straight year worth $14.5 million. He was reluctant to sign the franchise tag & didn’t attend any team activities after failing to reach an agreement. He holds several Steelers franchise records including Most rushing yards in a game, Most receptions by a running back and Most rushing yards per game.
