Patrick Peterson & Antonique Larry – $48 million
A cornerback playing for the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals. In college he played for Louisiana State’s University (LSU), and won the Chuck Bednarik Award for best defensive player in the nation, the Jim Thorpe Award as the best defensive back, & was chosen as an All-American. He was picked 5th by the Cardinals in the 1st round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He’s been invited to the Pro Bowl in each of his 1st eight seasons in the league. In 2014, the Arizona Cardinals signed him to a 5-year, $70 million deal extension with $48 million guaranteed & an additional $15.3M signing bonus.
