In the evening of November 22, 2016, Kate Middleton attended the Place2Be Wellbeing in Schools Award at the Mansion House in London. She was seen wearing this elegant and simple black dress. She managed to complete her outfit with a gorgeous belt and paired it up with some Prada wavy-cut suede pumps. She wore these diamond earrings that were borrowed from the Queen’s collection. Long before Kate wore the outfit, Meghan wore almost exactly the same dress in an event in 2011.
