A few years back, Meghan showed off her style of wearing a Pussycat bow neckline as she matched it with a simple black pencil skirt. Meghan was spotted wearing the dress during an event hosted in New York’s Paley Center. In 2017, Kate also did the same during the World Mental Health day held at the Buckingham Palace. The light blue lace dress was made by Temperley London and it featured a black bow around the neckline.
