On the other hand, Meghan is known for being a fan of the off-shoulder look. On her first Trooping the Colour, she wore a stylish pale-pink dress topped with three flat round buttons and a folded off-shoulder neckline. Many are also arguing that Meghan’s dress wasn’t traditional at all and the off-shoulder look was not permitted at other royal events.
