Emilia Clarke
Emilia Clarke is famous for her role as Daenerys Targaryen, mother of dragons in Game of Thrones, where her character has white blonde flowing locks. In real life the actress has short brown hair (in the tearjerker Me Before You she had her natural hair), but few knew she was wearing a wig.
Emilia participated in several advertising campaigns where fans were shocked to learn that she wasn’t actually blonde and that they were deceived by her wig for a number of years.
Clarke prefers wearing a wig instead of dyeing and damaging her natural brown hair.
