Galaxy of Green Screens
Yep, we’re visiting the Marvel Cinematic Universe again! This time, we’re taking a look at ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’. Fans were left on the edge of their seats after the first installment, which was chock full of battles, action, and eery, otherworldly elements, as well as strange beings from other planets.
Bringing these creatures to life – including the ‘Guardians’ Groot and Rocket Racoon themselves – required long hours in the makeup chair, stilts, and funny-looking blue suits. No, they’re not dressed as smurfs! The marvellous CGI was layered over the suits, adding an incredible depth to the epic fight scenes we saw onscreen.
