During 1986, just 2 years before the birth of Prince Harry, Princess Diana had an affair with Hewitt. The affair went on for 5 years. Princess Diana admitted that they had an affair. Hewitt and Diana were very much in love, and they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. They eventually broke up up after the affair was made public.
