Tonya Lee Williams – Dr. Olivia Barber Winters
Since 1990, English-Canadian actress Tonya Lee Williams has played the part of Genoa City physician Olivia Winters on The Young and the Restless. A member of Doctors Without Borders, Olivia is one of the few denizens of Genoa City with a consistent moral compass. A former pageant contestant and teen model, Tonya Lee Williams worked as a television host in Canada before landing her part on Y & R. Her acting portfolio also includes a stint on the Canadian drama The Border and a small role in the 1991 horror movie The Borrower. Williams has managed the Toronto-based ReelWorld Film Festival since 2001.
