Daniel Goddard – Cane Ashby

Australian actor Daniel Goddard has had a major part on The Young and the Restless as drifter-turned-businessman Cane Ashby since 2007. Cane originally came to Genoa City seeking his birth mother; he is shot and killed in a 2011 plot twist, but a further twist reveals that it’s his identical twin Caleb who’s been killed, an incident that gives Cane a new lease on life (and perhaps prompts him to look into credit monitoring in case of identity theft on Caleb’s part). Besides his star turn on Y & R, Goddard played the lead role in the adventure series BeastMaster from 1999 to 2002.
