Darcy Rose Byrnes – Abby Carlton Newman
Youngster and Dakota-Fanning-look-alike Darcy Rose Byrnes starred on The Young and the Restless from 2003 to 2008. Byrnes played Ashley Abbott’s daughter Abby, who was conceived secretly with Victor Newman’s stolen sperm sample; when Abby learns the truth about her birth father (and her substantial inheritance), she becomes a decidedly more mischievous character. After her time on Y & R, Byrnes has appeared in small parts on popular television shows like House, Desperate Housewives, and How I Met Your Mother. She has also done voice acting work on the cartoon series Sofia the First.
