Secret Agents of CGI

Tom Cruise is well acquainted with performing his own stunts, and the ‘Mission Impossible’ series has supplied plenty of opportunities for him to do so. He even scaled the world’s tallest building – The Burj Khalifa in Dubai – for 2011’s installment ‘Ghost Protocol’.

There have, of course, been a couple of stunts that couldn’t be performed in real-life, which is when the production team shines! In a more dramatic scene in the 1996’s first installment, Ethan Hunt and Jim Phelps are climbing the outside of an airplane. In reality, it was all done with a green screen, wind machine, and good old special effects.
