Jokes and Laughs Throughout the Whole Celebration

Even though the Christmas Eve dinner is said to be formal, with a strict dress code and seating arrangements, the Queen herself will loosen up the mood with a speech. It is said that the queen reads a few jokes and makes everybody smile, while also indulging all family members in tasty beverages like Dubonnet and Gin cocktails, cherry brandy, and their own homemade apple cider. The overall premise of the mood in the Sandringham house is that everything must be done according to tradition, but the Royal family members are not forbidden to lighten the mood. After Queen Elizabeth II is done, she will say cheers to everyone!
