Camryn Grimes – Mariah Copeland, Cassie Newman

Camryn Grimes is at the head of a new generation of talent on The Young and the Restless. She first appeared on the show in 1997 as Sharon Newman’s six-year-old daughter Cassie. Although Cassie was killed off the show in a car accident in 2005, a more mature Camryn Grimes returned to Y & R to portray Cassie’s secret twin sister Mariah Copeland. Grimes established her lifetime earning potential when she became the youngest person to win a Daytime Emmy for her role as Cassie at age 10 in 2000. Some of Camryn’s early successes have included a role in the Halle Berry movie Swordfish as well as the 2012 smash hit Magic Mike.
